The closest hub will be picked according to your destination and thus we are able to significantly reduce the carbon emissions associated with international shipping. We only print and produce products on a per-order basis and therefore do not keep a stock. Our products are only produced once they have been purchased. Generally, our products take between 1 and 4 working days to print, produce and ship, with the majority of products shipping within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery time also depends on the country and hub. Our working days do not include weekends, so if the order was placed on a Friday night, the clock doesn’t start until Monday morning. The same applies with public holidays.

All products are made to order and thus non-refundable. However, we always aim to make sure our customers love our products and we’re happy to help where we can. If your print or framed print has arrived damaged and you can show it was damaged during transit (before arrival) just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Due to the fact that we are a small business but want to offer world wide shipping (shipping is free in our shop), depending on your country however, you may be responsible for paying some kind of import tax, duty, handling fee etc. Please google your country's policy if you are concerned about unexpected fees.
